Well-Being Club: Introduction to Yoga 🧘♀️
Our Well-Being Club recently enjoyed an interactive introduction to yoga session filled with energy, focus, and positivity. The children explored the basics of yoga, learning simple breathing techniques, practicing a range of poses, and discovering the importance of relaxation and calming strategies.
Throughout the session, the children showed fantastic enthusiasm and put in an incredible amount of effort. They embraced each activity with focus and determination, supporting one another while developing balance, flexibility, and mindfulness.
It was truly a super session, leaving everyone feeling calm, refreshed, and proud of their achievements. Well, done to all involved!
