Wellbeing Club 08/10/2025

This week in Well-being Club, we began by recapping last week’s session, “Dear Future Me.” After our discussion, the children completed worksheets exploring things that help their well-being (positive) and things that can hurt their well-being (negative).
Following this activity, the children reflected on their answers and discussed what they had learned about their own well-being. Each child then chose a Well-being Pledge, a personal goal or action to help them feel more positive in the upcoming week.
To finish, the children enjoyed a creative activity where they made their own Well-being Buddies out of air-dry clay, designing unique little figures to remind them of their pledge and to bring comfort and positivity throughout the week.
