We have been following the children’s interest in building this week, both indoor our outdoor! This led to lots of discussion on balance and measurement. The children decided to roll cars down the ramps and the teachers helped them to measure how far each car went with a piece of chalk. We used lots of new words to compare such as ‘further’ and ‘shorter’ ‘longer.’
