As part of our ‘At the Seaside…’ topic, we looked at the human and physical effects on the beach and took a trip to the Beach School at Lytham. It was very cold and windy but we had a great time playing games to learn about sea defences and then trying to build our own, eating dinner in the sand dunes, finding out how long items take to recycle and taking part in a beach clean up!
